As an English Teacher, I feel, it is my responsibility to note down a few points about the importance of English.
Language plays a very crucial role in our life. Languages make our life meaningful.
In this world of Internet, the role played by English cannot be under estimated. It is the most popular language in the world. It can be considered as a common language for all and also has the status of an international language or a global language.
It is the only one language which is spoken in almost all the continents.
In this competitive society, the knowledge of good English is very essential. If you are a job opportunist, you need talent, self confidence, hard working nature with good and fluent English.
While we are coming to the Internet we can't imagine it without English. Internet is totally English oriented. If we want to use Internet properly, the knowledge of English is the first and foremost one. Most of the information given in the Internet are in English.
So, Dear Friends, Be Positive and Enlighten yourself by Listening, Speaking, Reading and writing good English
